Reusable filter screens

We recycle filter screens manufactured by Dürr, Kavo and Metasys; following agreement we also recycle filter screens made by other manufacturers.

The contents trapped in the filter screens are rinsed out at washing stations specifically developed by us for the task before being forwarded to the processing system. This pre-cleaning process is subjected to the most stringent safety precautions.

Following this manual pre-cleaning process the filter screens are forwarded to special automatic washing machines for a rigorous final cleaning process. Following disinfection, reconditioning and quality control they are ready to be reused.
